etherFAX continues to grow their coverage: Announces Partnership to Extend Fax to The Direct Project

Our good friends at etherFAX have announced a new partnership with Secure Exchange Solutions. This new relationship will bring etherFAX's secure exchange network into the realm of the healthcare industry's Direct Project standards organization.

The Direct Project is a massive effort in the Healthcare industry to standardize secure communications between all types of Healthcare companies. Secure Exchange Solutions is an established provider offering secure messaging solutions that meet or exceed the Direct Project standards.

I believe this relationship illuminates the fact that fax is still required by many healthcare companies - even if considered a gap solution to what the Direct Project will bring about. etherFax will be providing a critical piece to the puzzle with not only a secure fax telephony cloud, but also their Secure Exchange Network (SEN). As I have reported in earlier writings, SEN is a technology worth watching. Healthcare companies of all sizes can take advantage of real-time end to end secure transmissions of documents - whether a fax or in its native format.

Congratulations to etherFax for signing this deal. Special thanks to etherFAX leaders Paul Banco and Quinn Corey for the briefing.

Hello Fax Community - Fax Over Cloud updates.

Colleagues, Friends, Associates in the Cloud Fax Industry:

Greetings! It has been TOO long since I've posted anything on the FOC blog.  I wanted to assure my audience that Fax Over Cloud continues! For the last 4 months I 've been remiss in posting anything new.

Why? - chalk it up to personal reasons (health issues primarily, plus we've moved, had a server failure which recovered, a domain failure which was recovered -- and I took a full-time temporary assignment to boot- whew!)

To reiterate - Fax Over Cloud continues to move forward. I am proud to state that I am actively working on some new content and papers and will have news to post soon.

So - stay tuned!  It's good to be back!
